Helpful details

For a technical problem, include the game mode and difficulty, browser, device or screen size, steps to reproduce the issue, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot is useful when the problem involves layout or controls.

Numbered-game records

For a record question, include the game number, difficulty, displayed completion time, and approximately when the game was completed. Do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information.

Response expectations

ClassicWorks does not currently provide live support or guarantee a response time. Clear reports are reviewed as the project is maintained and developed.
